Assign floaters (or groupings) to in-app and/or global keyboard shortcuts.

Use the shortcut title bar menu, or Window menu → Shortcuts to assign a note or grouping to a specific in-app shortcut (⌘0 through ⌘9). Then you can set up global keyboard shortcuts in Settings → Global Shortcuts to reference your in-app shortcuts by number.

Customize your main Floaters list's sections

In Settings → List Windows → Main List you can change everything about Floaters' main list. Create, reorder, and customize sections to match your workflow.

Show task counts in list windows

Floaters, groupings, and tags can have their completed/incomplete counts shown in list windows. Customize this and more in Settings → List Windows → Row Details.

Add inline tasks to your floaters

Use the !! prefix and press ⇧⏎ (Shift-Return) to add a task. Task completed/incomplete counts are calculated for each note, tag, and grouping and can be displayed in various places.
