The Window menu seems... disorganized?

I'm liking the app so far but one of the more beta things seems to be the menu organization. The Window menu just has everything thrown in there seemingly haphazardly. Is this the final setup for it or will it be changed in the future?

    Thanks, Chris. You're correct about this one. We plan to group & organize a lot of the options in there to make it more useable. Should be in next version.
