Window Presets

When creating a new floater, we can currently choose to link it to a side of an active floater, or position it at a specific spot on the screen. However, it would be helpful to have user-defined presets that can be easily selected during creation. These presets would optionally include one or more of the following:

• Window Size
• Position
• Color
• Hovering over all other apps yes/no

Window presets will be name-able and probably can be assigned to a specific keypress to select during creation.
